Ms. Darby has years of experience in facilitating a variety of residential and commercial real estate transactions. She comprehends and appreciates the intricacies and ramifications of structured exchanges, foreclosures, short sales and other complex transactions.

Ms. Darby understands that purchasing real estate is often the largest investment a client will make, and that legal issues involved in the ownership of property can have a significant impact on the clients' long term planning and financial well being. She is also sensitive to the effect that selling real estate may have on the seller's goals and financial status.

Throughout her career, Ms. Darby has represented various real estate developers and developments and is proficient in drafting and interpreting restrictive covenants for subdivisions and condominium developments as well as setting up and advising property owners associations. She has created and registered interval ownership developments. She is experienced in registering developments with the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and other necessary state and federal regulatory agencies.
